What can I expect after surgery?
After some operations there may be pain and/or discomfort, and after rhinoplasty it is common to have a blocked nose. Postoperative conditions will vary, due to procedure and complexity of surgery.
Will I need to take time off work?
For some procedures, it is recommended to take 10–14 days off work to allow bruising and/or swelling to subside.
Will there be visible scars?
Most incisions, when required, will be made in out of sight places, or internally (rhinoplasty). Where unavoidable, scarring will be as inconspicuous as possible, and made to fit in with natural skin lines.
